EXCHANGE OPTION
If in the opinion of a veterinarian your puppy has any physical problem which makes it a poor health risk you may, within 7 days of purchase, return the pup in exchange for another of equal value.

14 DAY HEALTH WARRANTY
Happiness is Pets warranties the health of this puppy for 14 days from purchase, provided that the pup was vet checked at one of our approved veterinary clinics within 7 days of purchase and that the appropriate puppy shots for parvo & distemper were administered as required.

PUPPY SHOTS
This puppy was up to date on its parvo & distemper shots at the time of the sale. It is the buyers responsibility to provide for the balance of these shots.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST LIFE THREATENING CONGENITAL DEFECTS
If within 1 year of the date of birth of the puppy it is diagnosed by a veterinarian as having a life threatening congenital defect, and this information is reported to Happiness Is Pets within that 1 year period, we will provide a replacement puppy or issue a refund for 1/2 of the purchase price of that puppy. You must provide a vet statement and you will be required to surrender the pups kennel clubs registration papers. No adjustment will be made without the surrender of the registration papers. This only applies to those problems that will not correct themselves within the 1 year period. In some cases we may require a second veterinary opinion which would be at our expense.

FREE VET EXAM
We will provide for a complete free vet exam within 7 days of purchase at one of our APPROVED VETERINARY CLINICS.

VETERINARY CARE AND EXPENSES
While Happiness Is Pets strives for healthy puppies it is understood that certain conditions can occur, such as kennel cough and intestinal parasites, that would require the services of a veterinarian. Happiness Is Pets will provide, during normal business hours and at one of our approved clinics, veterinarian services and medications if needed. Should a health condition that is not hereditary or congenital, which develops during the first 14 days persist, we will continue to provide veterinary care at one of our approved clinics until such time that condition is corrected.
